Split chicken breast brined for 10 hours grilled to 160IT and two of the pieces had BBQ sauce added. Corn was peeled back and a butter mix was added and then the corn was tied back up. Butter mixture had butter, garlic, paprika, and chili powder added to it. By far the moistest and most flavorful chicken I have made to date.

Nothing at all boring about that man. I would eat that any day of the week.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Boring? I love chicken! I don't brine though, too much sodium. Anyway, yours looks great!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

@Carolina Q, agree with no need to brine but nice cook! Sodium is personal. Nice.Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

Thanks all!
@Carolina Q I cut the salt in half a lot of the time. I do however add cider, garlic, basil, oranges, and other aromatics for a different flavor.XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!Joe- Strongsville, OH -
