Growing up my mom used to make these in an electric skillet and potato home fries in cast iron on the stove. Incredibly amazing, unhealthy, meal.  
Might have to give this a try on the Egg soon.

Publix has cubed pork.  They are really good fried and then added to a buttermilk biscuit!  This technique looks interesting too.

Try cubed venison steak on the grill. Marinate in mix of Dales, Italian dressing & Worcester. I have used a variety of dry seasons. Allow out good
