Love this one. Direct @375-400 for roughly 8 minutes per side, or until internal temp is 145. Marinade: 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup diced green onions, 1/4 cup bourbon, 1/4 cup soy, 1/4 cup dijon, 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix and let sit for 8 hours. Add 1/2 tsp corn starch to left over marinade and boil. The pork loin has great flavor even without the sauce afterwards.
Served with skillet green beans & onion, and asparagus on the grill brushed with olive oil and hit with some black pepper and just a little garlic salt.

The bourbon is definitely a nice flavor. Not too strong, but strong enough so that you know it's in there for sure. Meant to post this under pork session--Because I'm like ice, buddy. When I don't like you, you've got problems.

Have had terrible luck with pork loins. Will have to give this a try. I think I am cooking too long.

@clemsontyger97 , how long did you marinate the TL in that great sounding mixture before cooking?
I gotta try this.
