Brats & Veggies

Onions, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms in a pan with chicken stock/salt/pepper:
 
Raised grid and Johnsonville Originals above the pan:


350* with apple wood chunks for smoke:

Moved the brats down direct after about a half hour or so:

Once they had some color back in the pan:


And off to cool a bit:


The zuchs and tomatoes got a bit mushy, but the mushrooms were the star of the show for me.
