Scallops

Costco Seafood Road Show was around this weekend so I picked up half a pound of scallops since I am the only one that eats them.  I had them as an appetizer to go along with some leftovers.   Marinated for an hour in 3T lime juice, 1T honey, 2T cilantro, 1t fresh chopped ginger, and 1T soy sauce.  It also called for 1T hot sauce but I didn't have any.  It could have used some heat.  Grilled on the salt block at 500 for two minutes on each side.   They were pretty good for the first time.  Plated pick is pretty bad but I think I ate them all in under a minute so I guess I am lucky I got a pic at all.
