2nd try at Pizzas

my first try at pizzas didn't go particularly well. Mixture of issues (too high hydration dough, too hot temp, didn't get the stone high enough) caused poor results. Pizzas stuck on the peel, burnt crust before cheese was melted.   Based on some good advice from this forum I had much better results this time. 

I used a lower moisture dough and parchment to build pizzas on. Removed the parchment after a minute or so. Also stabilized the egg at 500-550 dome instead of going nuclear. And lastly I put the top stone on the rig extender.
