First calzones

Have yet to do pizza but calzones seemed like a great start as my wife loves them. Did a variety of fillings but salami , capicola, mushroom, olives, banana peppers and lots and lots of cheese were involved. Cooked on a half moon baking sheet (don't have a stone yet) with platesetter legs down at between 600-650. This egg is a beast - was happy with how they came.out!
