London Broil, Bacon Tots and Moinks

Grocery had London Broil on sale this week (Bottom Round). Dry marinated 24 hours in Dp Raising the Steaks. Seared at 700 then closed vents and roasted to 135. Did some bacon tots and Moinks as apps (Killer Hogs and Smokin Guns Hot rubs with The Slabs Kyle Style sauce).
