    I am reluctant to even post, but I can assure you all the Rockwood is a first class operation and they do go way further than others to make sure the product is handled properly. We carry four brands now and have carried many others in the past and they are a first class operation. The S&H is an industry wide issue. Trying to buy it local is your best solution. We try to weed out any damaged product for personal use or dos to avoid u satisfied customers. It does happen though, I'm sure of that. It's a bit like buying fruit sometimes, only not as bad as that. They do put forth an effort to encourage the dealers to handle with care.

    What are you talking about? I have been negative about 2 things the **** bag of Rockwood I got and Craig. That's it. Giada is a beautiful woman but that was the worst picture I have ever seen of her. Not sure how it's negative to point out a fact. If you think her face looks good in that pic i guess that's what you like but her face in that pic isn't my idea of beauty.

    Lord God, this is the first time I have seen this thread.  Some people **** for a year about horrible packaging, and I am trying to do ribs in a deluge of rain.   Can someone throw me a pity party please?  (or not, I prefer not, just bring liquor).

    I am a simple girl.  I like Vodka.  Especially with drink mixes (cherry, grape, berry).   When I'm in full party mode I grab a bottle of Tartz vodka from the local store.  

    I will say however, I have been known to throw down some whiskey.  After a few vodka's I just MIGHT tell you the story about how the guy that I met in the airport that  introduced me to Maker's Mark made me miss a plane.  It was all his fault.  I swear.

    Just wanted to point out to you it's very easy to say others are whining when it wasn't something that happened to you. Glad I could make you laugh.
