Tonight, I did my favorite, go to cook, smoke roasted chicken breast.  So simple, yet so good.  Added SWMBO's Peruvian. pepper sauce for dipping.  SWMBO made a salad for me and I also grilled some garlic bread with ciabatta roles.  Easy Thursday night cook, but one of the best meals I've had in a while.




Always seeking the high I experienced from my first true BBQ experience.
