Bacon Wrapped Diver Scallops and Figs
Got some big Diver scallops from the market today as well as some fresh figs and asparagus... Decided to wrap scallops in bacon, stuff figs with blue cheese and wrap in bacon, and lightly season asparagus with Evoo S&p... Everything went raised direct at 450 or so... Bacon was precooked for 10 minutes prior to wrapping.

Hey phatchris- planning on doing some figs Saturday night as an appetizer before some filets. I was thinking goat cheese and honey wrapped in bacon. I've never done figs before but have had any restaurant to that were phenomenal. How exactly did you stuff them? I have no idea what I'm doing here, so forgive the ignorance and walk me through this. And the pre cooking of the bacon.
