Saw this a few weeks ago and had to try. Figure I should share with you fine folks in the light of an epic Hawks win.
Mixed 3 lbs of 80/20 ground chuck with 2 eggs, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, and 1/2 white onion. Molded 2/3 lb meat balls around a 12 oz can and wrapped with a couple pieces of bacon for sturdiness. Filled with left over pulled pork from a few days ago, mixed with some Bone Suckin and crushed garlic, topped with a babybel (only cheese in the house).
Cooked raised indirect at 300 for about 35 min. Served on a toasted whole wheat bun. Turned out pretty damn well, must say.

dayum those look great. Nicely Done!!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

That is awesome. The babybel looks like it worked out great.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
