SWMBO and I split them. There were 2 big layers. Tostitos, Cheddar Cheese, Leftover Brisket Flat, Melted White Queso, Salsa -- Repeat. Then topped with fresh Jalapeños and fresh Tomatoes from the garden. Put them under the broiler to get happy. Then finished them with Sour Cream and Cilantro.
