Cedar Plank Shrimp
This was my first attempt at shrimp on the Barbie, and they came out tender and moist. Next time I will probably cut back on the cayenne just a bit. My lips got a little sensitive after about number 6. But other than that this was a winner!!

Steven; 400 degrees on raised grill, direct heat and did not turn them. I used a recipe from Naked Whiz, and altered it a little bit with lime zest. As I said the cayenne was a little to much for me, but it just needed to be tweaked.

Nice, I made lobster tails that way a week or so ago.

That looks insane. I have done plenty of Salmon on the planks, but the Shrimp on a plank had never occurred to me...GREAT idea and I'm trying this one! thanks for the idea!!!

I guess that the cedar plank makes it indirect. No platesetter.
