First brisket
Had my first brisket from the egg tonight.
A full 16 lb black angus packer. Trimmed and rubbed with meat church holy cow.
after the flat was done, wrapped in foil and rested in a cooler for 2 hours while the point made some delicious burnt ends.
heres some pics, who knows what order they'll load
