Thanks for the Idea Griffin
I had a spiral ham in the fridge and saw the one that Griffin did on his site. Smoked this one till 145 internal at just under 300 dome with a chunk of hickory and handful of cherry chips. It turned out epic! Thanks for the idea Griffin!

Yep super easy. Was about 9-10lbs and took 3-4 hours to come to temp.

Thanks @Eggdam Your's looks great. Now I want ham. Good to see that the blog is still inspiring and helping people out. @SoCalTim You probably didn't see it as the post was back in October of 2013. Or at least that's when the blog post was written. I know the blog has kinda gone dead for a while, but I'm working on a new post that should be ready to go tomorrow morning. First one in over 5 months. Time has flown and really gotten away from me since Duke was born. Hoping to start becoming more active with it and over here.
