Here's the low down...
- 7.8lbs Bone-in Boston Butt
- Rubbed with my own rub and injected with apple juice and rub mixture
- Smoked at 225-250 with Wicked Good Charcoal, cherry chunks and pecan
- Pulled off Egg at 200 internal temp
- Took 10 hrs (Overnight cook)
- Let rest for 1.5 hrs
- Hand pulled
- JUICY, TENDER and DELICIOUS
