    Is it just me, or is anyone else feeling maybe a bit devastated by the insensativity?

    @Zmokin I totally agree

    "if people treated everyone else as equals, regardless of their sex, sexual preferences, race, color, creed, religion, politics, income level, looks, etc, then there would not be a need to talk about this kind of stuff"

    I just say to be treated like an equal in any society there are societal norms. If nudist ran around offices naked and them scream they are being persecuted for being themselves, you get what I am saying.

    Why is running around naked a problem in our society?

    It used to be interracial marriage wasn't normal.  Remember when Captain Kirk kissed Uhura.  That was like a "BIG DEAL".  Now it is a "meh".

    I'm a regular heterosexual, but I do feel those who are not, are not treated fairly by our society or by our government.  Just because they may not be the "norm", doesn't mean they shouldn't be treated as normal.  I've got my share of odd quirks, but I don't feel I should be singled out and chastised for them.

    @Sardonicus  So I was under the impression you and I were having a respectful back and forth and you go back later and disagree with all my posts in the thread?

    A little childish, no?
