sesame crusted seared tuna

Tonight I seared a piece of tuna on the egg, using olive oil, a little salt & pepper, and black & white sesame seeds on the tuna.

I then cranked the egg up to 625 with my cast iron on the grate, and seared for 75 seconds on the first side, with a flip and a 60 second sear on the second side...

It was a great dinner, sliced and served with soy sauce and wasabi, and this great (and easy) Ina Garten sauteed spinach recipe (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/garlic-sauteed-spinach-recipe.html).
