Thx guys!  Also grilled up a bunch of breakfast burritos with leftover brisket flat.  Also have leftover brisket nachos and leftover brisket sammies on the menu for dinners this week.  I might just turn into a big plump brisket before the week is over.

I think I enjoy leftovers more than the intended cook. I wish I was as organized as you are... I'm not the biggest fan of what they serve for lunch at work.
