Yakitori

Tonight DH made Yakitori on the LBGE.  

The sauce recipe came from The Japanese Grill cookbook:  roasted chicken bones, mirin, soy, sake, brown sugar, ginger, garlic.

For the skewers, he de-skinned and de-boned some chicken thighs.   The chicken skins were grilled along with the meat on foil-wrapped bricks.
