Reverse Sear Ribeye!

The Mrs. and I split a 22 ounce ribeye along with 2, 5 ounce lobster tails and a huge sweet potato. Great dinner.

That is where I store it after my cooks, I had it on for the slow portion which I do at 250/275 Then I go wide open for the Sear part and I just put it on the grate.Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE
