Best wings I have cooked so far. Rubbed with lemon pepper and put on the XL indirect on the AR top rack. Cooked at 400 for about an hour. Removed my heat deflector and cooked direct for just a few minutes to crisp up the skin. Took them off and tossed in a bowl with Lawrys Teriyaki marinade
and then sprinkled again with lemon pepper. Categories
