    There were gray charcoal (briquettes I believe) in the Egg he put the pizza onto. Whether they were omitting heat or were just a prop is another story entirely.

    I have noticed even in the BGE pamphlet and magazine that the eggs are always newly white inside but still have cooked food on them. I'm sure they did the same. He was forecasting the weather just minutes before this segment aired, he couldn't have had time to actually set up and cook this stuff. Good advertising for BGE.

    Nope this happened today. BGE posted the link on their Facebook page today saying it happened this morning. 
    Yes this is the second time he has cooked on a BGE.

    I saw burning coals in the pizza shot. He's a real fan. He's mentioned Eggs quite a few times. He's also given them as gifts to coworkers.
