Ok, now I know these don't look like much, but we really enjoyed them. It must have been the rub, because that's all the seasoning I used - that and the egg. Cooked them raised direct at 400.

They look great. As far as rubs go, it is hard to beat oak ridge.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
