tri tip ... the sequel

Took the left over tri tip and made sandwiches. Put the beef in the processor and warmed in a broth concoction. Sautéed onions, red peppers and mushrooms. Toasted the buns and loaded with provolone cheese.

Broth mix. ..2 cups b broth, splash Worcester, rub and 1 stick of butter.

yep, looks like a winner!  Tri-tip sandwich is unbeatable.  that's an awesome looking sandwich.

I don't know if they use many Holstein cows for meat much.  I would think after all the milking they do they would be worn out.
