Table Information

Do they not have stickys on this forum of how to build tables?

What is the most popular table to build ? any directions on here? or a parts list?

I am thinking about building one with a place for a yeti roadie.

Naked Whiz has lots of info. If you just purchased the egg...wait. Don't get on a hurry.

Plus one on what @henapple said.  I ended up just buying a table because I don't have the time to build one.  If I'm being honest I probably don't have the expertise either.

@CJ7  the reason I'd wait a year is that your needs and wants will change as you settle in to egging. A year from now you might want another egg. Use the stand and a side table for a while.

+1 @Henapple And you egging location might change....  I've moved mine 3 times this past year.  Once onto a small size patio on the corner of the house because that's where she landed getting out of the truck.  Once onto the deck to keep my feet dry when it was raining.  And finally to the other side of the deck because SWMBO wanted it moved.

Waiting might be nice but some of us bought the table nest setup just for a table install. I skipped the big nest with wheels and the little table attachments knowing I wouldn't use them. I don't plan to set the egg on a short table with a side table for a year. I'll be building a table soon.

Like mentioned, if you look on NakedWhiz, they have the table instructions from BGE.

Yellawood has a neat page/plans that might be worth a look to at least give you a place to start: http://www.yellawood.com/projects/project-plans/big-green-egg-table.aspx
