If
If you don't get the emails from Malcom with Killer Hogs BBQ you should check it out. I have no affiliation. His latest email was for a filet on the BGE with steak butter. I tried it tonight. I modified the steak butter to use what I had/like...SnP, Garlic and Paesley.  It was legit.
