First pizza

My first attempt at pizza on the egg.   Turned out pretty good. The middle was a little soft.  I probably should have waited for the stone to get hotter before putting it on.

That's a great first attempt, looks like my twentieth!

You're right about the stone temp, put the pizza stone in with the plate setter and let it get to the same temp as everything else, the bottom will cook more evenly that way.

Or try a deep dish in a cast iron skillet - just enough oil to get it to separate.

Thanks yall.  I put it on as soon the egg hit 650.  I guess I should have held it there for a while before putting it on.
