I knew today was going to be a busy one, but luckily had the foresight to marinate a few chicken breasts overnight in some Walkerswood.  Fired up the egg to 375-400 direct, and put the breasts on skin side down on the hotter side to get things started.  Flipped and rotated from hot to warm sides, front and back about every 10mins until 165F (verified with my Thermapen) Took the easy way out with some Stove Top and corn lol.  Chicken was juicy and very flavorful!  Love Walkerswood!
