Hello!

Hello everyone, I joined the forum a couple of years ago and never received my posting privileges.  I had to create a new profile and try again.  I've been able to read and see all of the great cooks that have been posted and now will try and add some of mine.  Absolutely love the egg, have not used the gasser or the weber for the past 3 years!  Will post pics of some of my cooks when I can.
