found this while following the wife around TJ MAXX on Sunday.  She actually picked it up and put it back and then I saw what it was and into the cart it went.

    Good score.

This spring I found one of their maple boards at Down East Basic in Gilbert, AZ.  Really wanted an end grain board, but damn the price was so good I couldn't pass it up.  Must be a Southwest thing selling Boos boards through outlets.

Nice.  I occasional find small pieces of cast iron there - the rectangles and rounds that are good for holding individual servings.

My wife mentioned that the store is called Downeast Basics and that it is located in the western states.  Also, that they get their stuff from Williams-Sonoma, so the chances of picking up some high end cooking stuff is worth the effort of a look see.
