New EggHead

Howdy... I wanted to post this a while ago but my account wasn't approved to post until today. I picked up a large BGE at the EggFest here in Southern Maryland in April. I went big for my first smoke and cooked a 12 pound brisket, took ~14 hours at 225F, came out great! Since then I've made all kinds of things, this was probably one of the best investments I have made in a long time. Ok... back to lurking :wink:
