If anyone is interested, I have the contact for the guy who built it... he used the old egg nest side holding brackets and placed them into the table

That is nice! I'm not familiar with the nest. Never had one. Is the side holding brackets what is holding the plate setter and pizza stone?Henderson TN. 1 large BGE, 1 Webber Gasser (recently seems to have converted into a warming oven)

It's the side metal holders that are optional with the nest

We took them out and used them with the table
