Costco Prime Sirloin Cap, Best deal for meat.

Costco in Jax has started carrying whole prime cryoed sirloin caps. $7.95/lb. Each cryo contians 2 primals for a total weight of 3-5 lbs. The 3.5 lb packages I have gotten yield 4 nice 1.5"-2" steaks & 4 ends that are great for stir fry. Steaks are also known as pichana or culotte. Tender like a filet but superior beef flavor. Grab one if you see it.
