Hope everyone had a Great Memorial Day weekend!

Started off Saturday morning with three racks of Babybacks for my buddy's 54th Birthday!  Sunday was a 2 lb. Tri Tip roast marinated in EVOO, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Dizzy Pig Redeye Express Coffee Rub and stuffed Portabellas!  God Bless those who gave their lives for our freedom!  God also bless those who put themselves in harms way every day to keep that freedom intact!
