What is the agreed internal temp for a medium well steak
Anybody got some internal temps for the different cooking levels of steaks?

I can never remember off the top of my head so I always google it. Plus I use the fork method. I just know how it feels when I press it with a fork.1 large BGE, Spartanburg SC

Note I have seen different scales for this. Some recipe sites list about 10 degreea lower for each.
Peraonally i think 145 is about has high as I would go. At 145 there will probably be no pink left.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
