1.39 a pound from Krogers, I spiral cut/cork screwed and marinated in chimichurri and stuffed with salami, sun dried tomatoes, Provalone and spinach rolled and tied smoked at 250 indirect with cherry until 120 IT then bumped it to 425/450 and took them off at 145 and 148. I have yet to smoke a pork loin, am always worried they'll be dry, but by the looks of the juice in your leftover pan, yours was NOT dry -- look great!
