Ribs for the wife
Dave in Florida
Posts: 1,157
Did some ribs for my wife and co-workers for their Memorial Day BBQ lunch. I had to try one and they are incredible. I have to do another four racks for the guys on my team for our Memorial Day BBQ supper.
For those who serve or have served in our Military and our First Responders..Thank you for your service!

Home run. Perfect. You can actually see the moisture still in the ribs. I'd be quite proud of those. Quite nice sentiments as well.

If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard... -
Absolutely gorgeous!!! I always cook spares, haven't tried baby backs, but pictures like these make me think I'll give it a shot one of these days!

What kind of ribs are those? The 1st, 4th and 5th pictures look like St. Louis spare ribs. But the 2nd and 3rd look like baby backs with the curvature. Two types of ribs?

Those ribs are St. Louis spares. I buy the 4 racks to a pack at RD and trim them myself. Wife called and said ribs got devoured, some people didn't even wait for them to be warmed up. One of the co-workers is wanting me to do pulled pork and ribs for her family reunion. Got many messages about how awesome the ribs were.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
