Chicken Shawarma

Gave chicken shawarma a try tonight, I bookmarked a cook bybosco0633 a few months back and finally got around to cooking it. 

Plated cook:


Only had time to marinate the chicken four hours, then cooked raised direct:




Chopped it up and then did a second cook in the CI:


Tore bought flat bread, but heed up on the grill:



Very good dish, love trying new things.
