Boston butt for dinner tonight

put these on about 7 hours ago and just wanted to share with you guys. What temp do you guys using take your butts off the egg? I was thinking 205

    I start checking at 195°. I take it off when the bone pulls free or a probe meets no resistance in multiple spots. Don't know the final temp, but you're probably in the ballpark.

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
