Using coffee in a rub is very tasty. I discovered it when I used Dizzy Pig's Redeye rub on a pork loin. For some unexplainable reason I ground up some Colombian beans very fine and applied it over the Redeye. I have played with coffee ever since.Large BGESan Angelo, texas
