Two 6 oz Snake River Farms Filets rubbed with a garlic truffle oil and season with dizzy pig cow lick, steamed green beans and some dolled up brown rice, that's for dinner.

Dang-SRF to me is like "pavlov's dog!" I just have to temper my on-line spending habits with them. Gonna be great eats for sure. Enjoy.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@grillmagic,
Please ensure you post plated pics, and a review of the filets.
My first SRF delivery arrives Thursday, a gold brisky and 4 filets. Will these still be frozen when they arrive? The brisky is for Memorial Day, but the filets I'd like to stick in the freezer for the following week.

They had/have a memorial day sale, whole tenderloin was $129. It was about 5 lbs. Not sure if they still have that sale going. I let thaw for 1 day, then while still partially frozen cut up into filet's and re-froze. Worked out to be close to same price as Costco Prime and is definetly a level or three above in quality. Love SRF but dang it's pricey!

I believe you meant Teddy not Rusty? By the way that is my lovely bride of 28 years. You might want to watch this video.
That's Teddy he's a 11 year old Bouvier des Flanders with a summer maintenance cut, we just lost his girl (Libby a few months ago at age 13). I have owned/raised and breed them since 1981 and have had 8 family members as well as several litters/puppies and they are great animals, they are very loyal and love there family's with no limits.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HF7pUdyAX1I is a video of Maggie and Notch talking to the landscape guy.Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE
