OK, doing this tonight, but indoors, because of the drought busting weather.. This recipe is not mine but came from Epicurious. Just Google it!
My fav summer pork do. I'll include pics shortly as it happens. Imagine on the egg with a cast iron skillet with some temp changing fun. This is our party go to recipe..Never fails..
