First try at Tamales

Thawed some frozen egged pork butt and made some tamales tonight. They were quite a bit of work but very good.

Ivan tell you, when the Mexicans round here make tamales, they don't share with anyone but the boss. They might sell some. That's a lot of work! Great cook!
