Not enough meat on the wings yet. I'd try to let them age, or just part them out.

Years ago when I still cooked on a gasser, one day I lit up the grill, closed the lid, and heard some funny noises inside it. The noise got louder, and all of a sudden a rat came running out an air hole in the side of the grill.

lol, where I'm from up north would drive you bananas.  I had NEVER heard it called a grill in my first 25 years.  Now I know better since moving south 20 yrs ago.
