    You know, I don't know. I don't see a reference to temp in my thread (link above), and there's a possibility that I just set the probe temp and the oven cooked at whatever temperature it thought appropriate... you know, if ovens could think.

    If you haven't read that thread and are thinking of trying this, give it a look. The biggest problem I had was that the pineapple fell apart after cooking it.
