Fire roasted Green Chile - South Western cuisine suggestions?

Curious if any of you South Westerners out there have any recommendations / recipes using Green Chile's for summer time munchies. I have a case of the 505 Fire Roasted Green Chili's (from Hatch Valley New Mexico) that I use in the winter months for Green Chili stew and enchilada's.....was wondering if you had any summer dishes that you prepare with these great morsels of flavor? I don't need to move them from the pantry, just looking for some ideas I can leverage into my summer cooks!

I'm with @yogi84 on this one.  I mix the roasted chilies in with the meat.  Then I top with bacon and avacado.  They are my favorite.

green chili cheese burgers are all i eat out there, could add some finely diced jalapenos and chopped onion, maybe lime juice and make a green chili salsa for the burger as well

I'd use them in stuffed mushrooms with any combo of sausage, cream cheese, bacon
