@4Runner ... I also want a cafeteria style purchasing plan ... but when you check the nest option it has the handler as an integral part.

Just purchased a large BGE and dealer said the handle comes as standard with the nest. This may only be in Ireland.

I really do not see the problem you do here.
EVERYONE that needs a handler can have one. If you are saying you want a free handler, well then why not ask (dream) that nest and handler are free while you are at it?-SMITTY
