Tossed some spuds with EVOO and SPOG and on the small:

Once they were almost done I pulled them and put them in the oven.
Coated a sirloin with Tatonka Dust (thanks @SmokinOutBack) and set it up indirect until 118*-ish.

Opened everything up and let it get hot and then on the Camp Chef Dutch Oven lid:
Got a nice sear on both sides and then:

This isn't going to be much fun to clean and re-season, but it was worth it:

First time I've used Tatonka Dust. While I was slicing my 13 year old daughter tasted some and her reaction was "Dad, this is sooo good, what rub did you use?" The flavor it adds is really good.
My wife and I "shared" this (she had one glass, I'm having the rest).

My wife is an awesome mom. No way I could say enough good things about her, so I won't try.
I hope all the moms out there had an awesome day, enjoy what is left of it.

Nice.
Perfct edge to edge pink. Cutting board shot seems to rare for my taste, but the plated steak is perfect to my liking.Steven

That new avatar has to go. It's not representative off the home run hitter you are. Too professional looking.
That looks phenomenal!!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season. -
Professional cooks need professional looking avatars.
