Tossed some spuds with EVOO and SPOG and on the small:

Once they were almost done I pulled them and put them in the oven.

Coated a sirloin with Tatonka Dust (thanks @SmokinOutBack) and set it up indirect until 118*-ish.

This isn't going to be much fun to clean and re-season, but it was worth it:

First time I've used Tatonka Dust. While I was slicing my 13 year old daughter tasted some and her reaction was "Dad, this is sooo good, what rub did you use?" The flavor it adds is really good.

My wife and I "shared" this (she had one glass, I'm having the rest).

My wife is an awesome mom. No way I could say enough good things about her, so I won't try.

I hope all the moms out there had an awesome day, enjoy what is left of it.
